who we are
We are..
…A collective of highly skilled individuals with a passion for people! Bringing skills around people management, psychometrics, mental health, diversity and inclusion, strategy and communication, the people that make up our team will inspire, unlock abundance, enable achievement, guide self discovery while providing clarity and progress.what we do
By creating safety and vulnerability we build a foundation of TRUST that enables open communication and collaboration. We employ Team building, Psychology and Psychometrics as well as training on Diversity & Inclusion.
Using Design Thinking as our ethos, we spur creativity applied in problem solving, product and process development as well as strategy building.
Using the 4DX model we facilitate teams to have continuous improvement on their performance indices . We believe in the law of marginal gains in creating a Kaizen culture.
Our approach
Our approach is informed by lessons garnered from over 19 years of building high performing and engaged teams, across organisations in various sectors. The foundation of the PITSTOP experience is trust, as defined by the Lencioni Pyramid model for team effectiveness. We deploy activities that are geared to explore trust builders and detractors.
Once that foundation is laid, we engage teams in interactive and reflective explorations around Communication, Collaboration, Problem Solving, Empathy, Psychological Safety, Culture, Conflict Resolution, Strategy and Diversity & Inclusion.
For every activity we employ a 3-step process, briefing the activity, experiential learning and debriefing lessons.
The result is an experience that leaves teams energised and inspired to work individually and collectively to build high performing and functional teams

We will design the bespoke training experience guided by the agreed scope. Typically the training experiences are a mix of plenary, workshop and experiential learning, adapting to the needs we encounter while training.
Throughout the process, we will make observations relevant to the growth of your team. We will compile these observations into a report highlighting the outcome of the exercise and proposed follow up mix.
